Who is responsible
ExamPark is the controller of your personal data under UK GDPR. Contact us about privacy at support@exampark.app.
Without an account
The free practice exam is scored in your browser. Your answers and last score are kept in your browser's storage on your device and are not sent to us.
We don't use cookies, advertising or tracking. To see which pages are used and how fast they load, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits without cookies or browser storage, and Cloudflare says it doesn't use your IP address or browser details to identify or follow you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: improving the site.
Your browser's storage also keeps your light or dark theme choice and, if you sign in, your sign-in session. These are needed for the site to work, so they don't need your consent.

Who we share it with
- Amazon Web Services (hosting, sign-in and storage, in the EU (Stockholm) region).
- Stripe (payments). Stripe receives your card details directly; we never see them. As the reseller of your purchase, Stripe also asks for your name and billing address to work out the tax due. Stripe also uses payment data for its own fraud prevention and legal duties, as described in Stripe's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare (website analytics), as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising. Where a provider handles data outside the UK, it is protected by the UK's adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except purchase records, which we keep for 6 years for tax purposes. Unfinished exam sessions are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to send it to you in a portable format. Email support@exampark.app. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
