Who we are
ExamPark is run by a sole trader based in the UK. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the seller.

What the site is
ExamPark offers original practice questions for IT certification exams. We are not connected to, endorsed by or affiliated with any exam provider, including Amazon Web Services. Exam names are trademarks of their owners.
Our questions are written by us to match the published exam guides. They are not real exam questions, and a good score here does not guarantee a pass.
Free and paid content
The free practice exam needs no account. Paid practice sets need an account and a one-off payment; there is no subscription. A purchase gives you personal access to that set for as long as we offer it, and for at least 12 months from purchase.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT or sales tax due where you live. Stripe sells your purchase to you as reseller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, works out and pays that tax, and handles payment questions and disputes. We never see or store your card details.
Buying a practice set
- Sign in, choose a set on your account page, and tick the box asking for access straight away (see "Your right to cancel" below).
- You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, where you can check the price before you pay.
- Our contract with you starts when your payment is confirmed. The set unlocks on your account at once, and Stripe emails you a receipt.
These terms are in English only. We don't file a separate copy of your contract, but these terms stay on this page, and your receipt shows what you bought.
Your right to cancel
Online purchases normally come with 14 days to cancel. A practice set is digital content that you can use straight away, so before you pay we ask you to agree that access starts immediately and that you then lose the legal right to cancel. If you don't agree, you can't buy the set.
We still offer our own 14-day refund on top of this; see the refund policy.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure. Accounts are for one person: don't share them or resell access.
Fair use
Don't copy, scrape, republish or sell our questions, or try to get around the limits on paid content. We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why.
Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep questions accurate and up to date, but exams change and mistakes happen. If you find an error, tell us and we'll fix it. If paid content is faulty and we can't fix it, you're entitled to a refund.
We're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for business losses: the site is for personal study. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or our liability for anything the law doesn't let us exclude.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, email support@exampark.app. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
Changes
We may update these terms, and we'll change the date at the top when we do. If a change affects something you've already paid for, we'll tell you by email first.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the UK nation where you live.
