14-day no-quibble refund

If you change your mind, email support@exampark.app within 14 days of buying a practice set and we'll refund you in full, as long as you've answered fewer than 10 questions in that set.

Practice sets are digital content you can use straight away. Before you pay, we ask you to agree that access starts immediately and that you lose the legal 14-day right to cancel. The offer above is our own promise, on top of your legal rights.

If something is wrong

If a set doesn't work, or has questions that are wrong or missing, tell us. We'll fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund you, whenever you bought it.

How refunds work

1. Email support@exampark.app from the address you signed in with, saying which set.
2. We reply within 2 working days.
3. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 days to show it.
4. Access to that set ends when the refund is made. Your past answers stay in your progress history.
